Our client is one of Australia’s leading Commercial Furniture Solutions Companies that work with Australia’s leading Architecture and Design practices on award winning projects across multiple sectors including workplace, healthcare, education and corporate. They are looking for someone in sales support to join the team. Based out of their stunning Melbourne showroom , this role is varied and requires someone with a strong initiative and a solutions-based approach that has excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quote documents and pricing for the sales team

Help the sales team prepare tender documentation for large projects

Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for existing projects

Coordinate delivery of sample furniture to Architects and Designers

Liaise with clients on behalf of the sales team regarding quotes, samples and meeting requests

Compile quotes and documentation for Project Managers so they can convert to purchase orders

Skills and Experience

Experience working with loose furniture (preferred)

Initiative and a solutions-based approach

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Word and Excel

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Attention to detail

A keen interest in design and the broader design community

Ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously
