We’re scaling fast and now looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate Sales Support Associate to join our growing team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our national team. This role is fully remote, but ideally, you’ll be based in Sydney so you can join the team in person for occasional office meetups and team events.

You’ll work closely with our NSW based Business Development Managers to ensure deals run smoothly — handling documentation, coordinating between stakeholders, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

And yes – there’s commission! When our team wins, you win. We believe everyone who contributes to the success of a new contract should share in the reward.

If you’re ambitious, there’s room to grow: we’ll support and develop you into a Business Development Manager if that’s the path you’re keen to pursue.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with brokers, vendors, customers and internal teams to progress and settle deals

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipelines

Support with rental applications, follow-ups and compliance checks

Deliver responsive, professional customer service

Contribute to team reporting and general sales administration

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in asset finance, rentals, or financial services is a plus

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Familiarity with CRMs and internal workflow systems

A self-starter who thrives in a remote team environment

Based in Sydney or nearby for occasional in-person meetings (preferred, not essential)

Ambition to grow and develop – potential pathway to BDM role
