As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day service delivery of hotel housekeeping operations while driving continuous improvement, cost control, team performance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Contribute towards achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies.

Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Seek and respond to site audits and client and guest feedback to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify operational inefficiencies and develop site improvement plans.

Control costs across operational departments and analyse results to identify opportunities.

Provide effective leadership to hotel housekeeping teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.

Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, attending safety meetings and training as required.

Prepare weekly productivity, quality, and operations reports, addressing variances with action plans.
