The Role

As the Service Coordinator, you will be the centre of the service department - ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, jobs are completed on time, and clients receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

Coordinating and scheduling field technicians for inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire safety systems

Liaising with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve any service issues

Managing work orders and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Supporting reporting, documentation, and system updates

Working closely with the operations manager to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, ideally within fire protection, building services, or facilities management

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy - able to learn and use service scheduling software efficiently

Experience with Uptick is preferred
