We are seeking a high quality, experienced Service Coordinator within the Fire Industry to join our Team

To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication and have strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced job.

The Service Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting Service Manager to set up new contracts and maintenance schedules

Generating monthly maintenance runs

Updating existing maintenance schedules, asset registers as required

Raising and processing of new service reactive jobs

Liaise with clients and contractors for all reactive maintenance

Processing of repair reports and defect quotes

Monthly Maintenance Invoicing

Stock ordering & stock allocation

Efficiently oversee and manage shared inboxes

Provide general administrative support to the team to keep day-to-day activities on track.

Experience with uptick & xero is preferred but not essential
