💰 $75,000 - $85,000 + Super (depending on experience)

APAC FM are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join a well-established company in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior coordination experience in the HVAC industry, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate daily technician & subcontractors schedules and allocate resources for service, maintenance, and quoted works.

Act as the main point of contact for client requests, updates, and follow-ups.

Organise site access and job documentation through client portals.

Oversee job progress and keep open work orders to a minimum.

Manage timesheets and vehicle maintenance for the service team.

Help manage compliance requirements, focusing on Essential Safety Measures.

Look for ways to streamline workflows and boost customer experience.

Report key updates and service activity to the management team.
