A high-performing residential builder with serious growth ambitions across SEQ. Their focus? Delivering smart, small-lot homes into key growth corridors – Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, and beyond. With construction pipelines booming and internal sales teams ready to go, we need someone like you to fuel the engine with high-quality land opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

Hunting, qualifying and securing new land opportunities ready to build on – approved, titled, or close to it

Leveraging your network of developers, agents, and contacts to bring in viable land that suits house & land packages

Working closely with internal teams (sales, drafting, estimating, construction) to get product to market, fast

Attending industry events and staying close to market movements – you’re the eyes and ears on the ground

Managing your own KPIs, pipeline, and budgets – with full autonomy and a direct line to leadership

What we need from you:

5+ years’ experience in residential construction or land acquisition

Deep understanding of South East Queensland’s growth corridors and planning environment

Existing developer relationships (not just buyer databases)

Strong commercial sense – you know what will (and won’t) stack up

A self-starter mindset – you don’t need micromanaging, you need room to run

What’s on offer:

Base salary of $100k + Super

Car allowance + phone + laptop

Uncapped commissions (structured to reward the right outcomes – we’re flexible)
