We are currently on the hunt for a new Business Support Consultant to add to the team within this rapidly growing small business.

As the Business Support Consultant (ERP Business), this function plays an important role as the first point of contact for all customers who are navigating their way through their newly implemented ERP system, MYOB Acumatica. You will be required to handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and efficient manner and at the same time provide best-in-class customer experience. As always, as a point of contact for our customers, it is imperative that all communication is handled with absolute courtesy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities are:

To provide support services in relation to the core software modules applicable to the client

Using the knowledge hub available, upskill and learn all aspects of product enabling a solution focused approach for all customers

Keep records of support service activities and tasks completed enabling accurate timekeeping and client billable hours

Continue to develop client hub with the aim of continuous improvement and best in class client solutions experience

What can you bring?

2+ years in a customer support function

Technical mindset and proven ability for sourcing the solution

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Advanced knowledge of payroll and ERP systems essential, ie MYOB would be awesome

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail is essential

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proactive thinker and adaptable mindset

Tertiary qualifications in accounting, payroll or IT would be advantageous
