💼 About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our team. Working with the Director and Operations Manager, STEM Education, this role plays a key part in keeping our programs running smoothly by supporting school bookings, coordinating buses and events, managing all communications and maintaining digital records.
As the Business Support Officer, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, enquiries and program bookings, while also working with external suppliers to organise resources such as transport, catering and day-to-day operational needs.
This is a Full Time ( 36.75 hours per week) Fixed Term until July 2026 contract at a HEP 5, $76,459 – $87,825 per annum classification plus 17% superannuation. This position is located at Wyndham Tech School (Werribee West Campus).

An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:
Managing front-of-house services
Coordinating program bookings and school communication
Handling data entry, financial support, and reporting
Providing general administrative support to Wyndham Tech School team

We are looking for someone who is:
A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail and time management
Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people
Passionate about spreadsheets and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experienced in business support and/or administrative services
