We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well known and highly respected builder within the SEQ market. They are a privately owned builder/developer who have had consistent year on year growth with their staff and turnover.

The project team consists of an experienced Site Manager, foreman, as well as a team of Contracts Administrators and cadets to help make you as an effective a leader as possible. They also have a very healthy relationship with their subcontractors and suppliers.

To be successful you will have the following:

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
• High rise project experience is extremely attractive
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute
