We are seeking a dedicated, highly organised Project Manager to oversee lift projects and ensure smooth operations from completion of sale to handover. This senior role requires interaction with multiple internal teams, engagement with external stakeholders, and managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Schedule and manage lift projects, ensuring seamless coordination of works and materials with the scheduling team.
Team Management: Lead installation teams, ensuring optimum efficiency while maintaining high morale and productivity.
Procurement & Logistics: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure products are available on time and in full.
Deadline Management: Oversee the progress of projects, adapting work plans as needed to meet deadlines and ensure quality delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (Installation, Sales, Procurement, Accounts & Senior Management)
Quality Control: Review and sign off on building works before installation, maintaining a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting: Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize processes and approaches to enhance efficiency and quality.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure installation teams adhere to company OHS policies and maintain a safe working environment.
Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for growth, new projects, and initiate actions to expand business opportunities.
Required Personal Qualities:
Professional "can-do" attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage high-stress situations while maintaining clear, calm leadership.
Strong multitasking skills with the capacity to handle multiple project components simultaneously.
Leadership ability with a big-picture vision and strong attention to detail.
Conflict resolution skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience
3 years plus experience managing multiple projects, ideally in construction or engineering or residential build projects (Lift experience highly regarded)
Proven leadership in coordinating teams, budgets, and project timelines.
Experience with installation projects and construction-related work and understanding of building processes and safety protocols.
High level of familiarity with project management or CRM software for scheduling and reporting.
Experience in managing project budgets and working with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
Ability to identify risks, adapt project plans, and solve issues to keep projects on track.
Skilled in managing client relationships, communicating effectively, and ensuring project satisfaction.
Experience enforcing safety protocols and ensuring OHS compliance on-site.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills to maintain team morale and resolve issues.

$120K base + Super + Car/Car allowance
