Senior PM | Project Director – Brisbane

A well-established and respected construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director to join their growing team in Brisbane. This organisation delivers high-profile and luxury tower multi-residential projects, maintaining a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and collaboration.

The business has a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale developments and is continuing to expand its footprint across South East Queensland. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring program, quality, and financial objectives are met.

Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive project success.

Manage project resourcing, reporting, risk, and compliance across a portfolio of developments.

Mentor and support project teams, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.

Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, client engagement, and operational improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

10+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles, with recent experience at a senior leadership level.

Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle across tower multi-residential or commercial projects in Australia (non-negotiable)

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative mindset with a commitment to achieving high-quality project outcomes.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
