Assistant Project Manager – Property & Construction

We are seeking a confident and capable Assistant Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to play a key role in delivering high-value, complex property projects. You’ll work alongside senior leaders, gain exposure to every project phase, and accelerate your professional growth in a supportive and dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the Senior PM and assist in managing full project life cycles – from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, and close-out
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Support project planning, financial management, scheduling, and reporting functions
• Prepare documentation, attend client and site meetings, and monitor construction progress
• Ensure risk, compliance, and contract obligations are effectively managed

About You:

• At least 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator role within the property or construction industry
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident working across all project phases and dealing with contractors and consultants
• Driven, detail-focused, and committed to professional development
