A well-established Brisbane based commercial and industrial builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. With projects ranging up to $40M, this company delivers high-quality builds across a range of sectors, including industrial, education, retail, and commercial. With a growing pipeline and a few projects coming online, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Level Project Manager.

Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes in time, cost, quality, and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the site team to drive project success.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects up to $30M+.
• Oversee programming, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor site teams to ensure project milestones are met.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction or strong experience in a Sr. Site Management/Contracts Admin role.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and project scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related trade.
• Knowledge across Procore will be highly regarded
