As a Head Chef of Touch_wood you must have:

A minimum of 3-5 years in a head chef role of a busy venue.

Experience in breakfast/lunch, all day dining type operations.

An inspired and creative passion for food, particularly breakfast and seafood.

A solid understanding of the current market and food trends.

An overall knowledge of all operations within a busy kitchen.

A willingness to be a team player and help grow the team around you.

A strong background in menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
