Pathways Residences is a luxury residential aged-care provider operating across Sydney. We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team.

The role is permanent full time, leading a team of chefs and catering members at our luxury home in Cronulla NSW 2230.

This role will be hands on and “on the tools”, but also require someone strong in managing the catering team.

The role:

Is hands-on and requires you to cook daily

Requires you to uphold high standards of compliance across aged care, food, hygiene, and safety

Is to provide restaurant quality dining experiences to our residents

Requires you to direct kitchen operations and manage catering staff

Requires you to oversee food preparation, cooking and cleaning

Requires you to ensure all food products are fresh and of high quality

Will see you work in collaboration with other Head Chefs, the Executive Chef, and other department heads, and will report to the Executive Managers of the sites.
