Absolute Domestics is Australia’s leading agency for domestic cleaning services. We’re currently looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in Cleveland. This is a full-time, office-based position (no hybrid or work-from-home options).
About the Role
As our new Recruitment Officer, you’ll play a key role in attracting, screening, and onboarding independent cleaning contractors across Australia and New Zealand. Your focus will be on delivering a smooth and professional recruitment experience for applicants while helping us maintain a strong and reliable contractor network.
Your Responsibilities:
Screen and process high volumes of contractor applications
Conduct phone and zoom interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate onboarding sessions and assist with documentation
Update our internal CRM and manage applicant pipelines
Liaise with team managers to ensure recruitment targets are met
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
What We’re Looking For:
Proven recruitment experience (internal, agency or high-volume desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Tech-savvy – confident using CRM systems and online tools
A team player with a great attitude and attention to detail
