Since 2020, we’ve been building strong, reliable teams — and we’re now looking for a Recruitment and Compliance Officer for our Caboolture office who shares our energy, work ethic, and sense of humour.
🔍 About the Role:
As our new Recruitment Officer, you will be joining a small team of recruiters to attract, source, recruit and retain high caliber candidates to the WE Sunshine Health candidate pool. Proactively ensuring staffing levels are high and active.
Your role will consist of, but is not limited to:
Monitor Job Ad platforms for candidate applications that meet WE Sunshine Health qualification and clinical hiring needs and progress suitably qualified clinical staff to phone screening.
Screening applicants to identify high quality and industry compliant healthcare professionals to short list and recruit appropriately skilled candidates.
Process high volume applicants through phone screening and interview processes with service orientated confidence.
Administration and Compliance is strong component of your daily role; you are responsible for verifying and following up on all initial compliance documentation.
Navigate, support and trouble shoot with candidates of diverse backgrounds through the recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes with speed and accuracy.
Reach and maintain weekly and monthly KPI’s.
Provide high-quality candidate care by advocating for your candidate within the business to ensure they have available ad hoc placement and job satisfaction.
✨ Skills and Experience Required:
Recruitment/ Healthcare recruitment experience
A strong ability to build genuine and effective relationships with candidates, direct team members and the whole Sunshine Health team.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Confident using recruitment or CRM systems (we’ll train you on ours!)
Microsoft Suite experience and ability to work within multiple established computer systems.
Ability to manage multiple candidates concurrently with professional service provision.
Taking and applying feedback in a collaborative and ever-evolving business.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
