About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer at Five Good Friends, you will play an important role in supporting recruitment activity across the organisation. This position is focused on recruiting higher volume roles for the organisation and will support onboarding processes, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Working closely with the Hiring Managers, Talent Partner and People team, you will organise job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, complete reference checks, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate recruitment records and systems. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proactive support will contribute to the attraction and onboarding of great people into the Five Good Friends community.

Here are some of the tasks you would be doing across your day:

Manage job advertisements and support candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and support pre-employment compliance and onboarding.

Prepare documentation such as interview guides, reference checks, and recruitment reports.

Respond to candidate enquiries and ensure clear, timely communication throughout the process.

Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment timelines and ensure process consistency.

Contribute to employer branding and provide general admin support to the People Team.

Do you have what it takes?

Previous experience in an administration, HR, or recruitment support role (1+ years preferred).

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working with technology and HR or recruitment systems.

Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
