Ozcare has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR superstar to join our growing team as a Recruitment Advisor.
We're providing a unique opportunity for a Junior Recruiter to join our team, to be fully trained and given the experience to hone in on and develop their skills in Recruitment. You will be tutored by experienced recruiters who genuinely love their job and enjoy bringing new recruiters up to scratch! Your Role
As our new Recruitment Advisor, you will ideally have the following qualifications/skills:
The ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders through superior verbal and written communication skills
A professional and personable phone manner
Demonstrated high standard of customer service for a positive representation of the Ozcare brand and business operations
The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks as a part of the full recruitment process
Strong administration with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition would be desirable
A relevant qualification in Business Management, Humans Resources, Administration or similar would be advantageous but not necessary
Demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Compassion
Role Requirements
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will ideally have a background in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with an interest in developing your career in these areas. Therefore, you will ideally have the following qualifications/skills:
A relevant qualification in Business Management, Humans Resources, Administration or similar
