Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
Manage bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups to maintain a seamless clinic flow.
Provide expert advice and assist customers in selecting footwear that best meets their needs.
Ensure all podiatry instruments meet hygiene standards and are sterilised and ready for use.
Support podiatrists during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Handle patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant who can provide exceptional support and have the flexibility to cover shifts on a casual basis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in administrative roles with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Prior experience in footwear fitting and retail sales is highly desirable.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a harmonious team environment.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting with excellent prioritisation and organisational abilities.
Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating exceptional patient experiences.
Comfortable using booking and scheduling software and basic computer systems.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
