At Empower Bx, we provide evidence-based, compassionate behavioural support to children with Autism and their families. We’re growing — and looking for a detail-oriented, people-smart admin assistant to support our practitioners and participants.

What you’ll do:

Manage scheduling, cancellations, and term planning

Liaise with parents and practitioners to coordinate sessions

Support onboarding of new clients and maintain service documentation

Prepare invoices, process payments, and track billing

Assist with admin tasks to meet NDIS compliance

Provide warm, responsive customer service to families

What you’ll bring:

Great communication and time-management skills

Confidence working with families and practitioners

Comfort using (and learning) digital tools like Splose and Xero

A calm, flexible, and proactive attitude

Desirable but not essential:

Experience in allied health, NDIS, or disability services

Understanding of Autism and clinical service environments
