About Us
Solar Run Keysborough is currently looking for a scheduling and administrative wizard. We have 2 teams of electricians working across Melbourne installing solar panels, batteries and EV chargers.
SCHEDULING AND ADMIN ASSISTANT
FULL TIME position start ASAP
1 Position Available
MONDAY - FRIDAY, office hours, 9am to 5pm
WORK CLOSE TO HOME - Our office is in Carrum Downs
DESIRABLE - have scheduling experience or admin experience with trades / job scheduling
Position Description:
This position plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for scheduling the right jobs for the right teams at the right locations—helping us deliver projects on time and to the highest standard. Your coordination will directly impact the success of our daily workflow and client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule jobs for 2 teams of electricians
Send invoices to customers and follow up payments
Submit paperwork for electrical pre-approvals
Assist with admin support as required on current large scale national roll out as required
Ability to multi task and take on responsibilities outside of your key tasks
Minimum Requirements:
2 years office / admin experience
Drivers licence
