This is a newly created, executive-level role at the heart of a national refrigeration and air conditioning organisation. With a growing footprint across ANZ and a commitment to modernising operations, the company is seeking a strategic Head of IT.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and take ownership of the technology function — setting vision, building capability, and delivering real, lasting impact. Whether or not you've held a formal Head of IT or CTO title before, this role is ideal for a senior technologist ready to step up into full-spectrum leadership. Structured onboarding support is in place to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do

Define and lead the organisation’s technology strategy, in alignment with commercial and operational priorities.

Build and manage a cross-functional tech team of ~10, focused on delivery, support, and innovation.

Partner with executive leadership to scope and deliver transformation projects across finance, supply chain, and field operations.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all platforms and integrations.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and user-focused delivery.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, ideally within operationally complex environments.

Proven track record in developing and delivering technology strategies aligned with business outcomes.

Strength in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at C-suite level.
