A globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a Head of Technology to lead infrastructure, operations, security, and ERP transformation across the ANZ region. This is a senior leadership role with international reporting lines, playing a key role in enabling business growth, retail operations, and digital transformation locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own IT strategy, infrastructure, cyber security, and service delivery across ANZ;
• Act as the senior technology advisor to leaders across Retail, Finance, and HR;
• Drive the successful delivery and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the region;
• Ensure operational excellence and alignment with global technology initiatives; and
• Champion scalable systems, process improvement, and enterprise-wide innovation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior IT leader with experience in Retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations;
• Proven success leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or large-scale upgrades;
• Deep expertise across infrastructure, IT operations, and security governance; and
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable in matrix/global environments.
