· LEARN FROM EXEC CHEF GEOFF MARETT (EX-YARDBIRD)
· CHANCE TO JOIN OUR SMALL, CLOSE-KNIT TEAM
· PARTICIPATE IN REGULAR SUPPLIER TASTING / TRAINING
WHAT WE’RE AFTER:
· 3 YEARS MIN WORKING IN COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
· EXPERIENCE SUPERVISING / TRAINING STAFF
· EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
· ABILITY TO OVERSEE ALL ASPECTS OF KITCHEN OPERATIONS
· GENUINE PASSION FOR FOOD AND SERVICE
