Part-Time Receptionist (Job Share)
Location: Sutherland Shire Physiotherapy Centre, Miranda
Days/Hours:

Wednesdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Fridays: 9:00am – 3:00pm

We are a friendly and supportive private physiotherapy clinic looking for a warm, organised, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team on a job share basis. About the Role:

As the face of our practice on Wednesdays and Fridays, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed and supported. Your main responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting clients at the front desk

Managing phone enquiries and appointment bookings

Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Assisting physiotherapists with letter writing and correspondence with doctors

Light cleaning to ensure the clinic remains tidy and professional

What We’re Looking For:

No previous reception experience is necessary – we’re more interested in your attitude and interpersonal skills. We’ll provide all the training you need. However, we are looking for someone who:

Is confident and friendly in client-facing situations

Has excellent attention to detail

Can build strong rapport with clients and team members

Is compassionate, professional, and proactive

Enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to cover additional days when your job share partner is on leave (excluding school holidays). You’ll receive the same cover in return during your own leave.
