Dental Receptionist - Part-time Opportunity in an Inner West Dental Clinic

We are located in Stanmore, just off Parramatta Road, and looking for a part-time or casual experienced dental receptionist to join our growing team on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and proactive dental receptionist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and building rapport with our patients, most of whom love a good chat

Scheduling and strategically maintaining the appointment books for our dentists

Processing all forms of payments and reconciling banking on a daily basis

Managing all forms of patient, supplier and allied health communication, including phone calls, emails and social media enquiries

Preparing the dental surgery and instruments before, during and after treatment, including following industry-wide sterilisation procedures

About you:

As a member of the Limitless Dental team, you will have:

Minimum 6 months of demonstrated experience required in a dental or medical reception role

Confident communication skills in person and over the phone

Superb organisation and ability to prioritise busy workloads and multiple demands

Strong work ethic and a reliable team player

Great personality that creates a warm and welcoming environment for our patients
