TÜV Rheinland Australia Pty Ltd was founded in 2007 and since then TÜV Rheinland Australia has been continuously growing its presence in Australia. The main business of Australia office is to provide testing, certification and inspection service for Electrical and electronic products including consumer products, industrial equipment, components, etc.

We are seeking a certification technical/administrative coordinator prefer with minimum of 1 years of experience in product testing, certification, or quality assurance of electrical or electronic products.

The Role:

Reporting to Certification Manager, you will be responsible for duties including:

Technical Support for Certification Processes:

· Assisting with the preparation and submission of certification applications;

· Providing technical support for issuing product, system, or process certifications;

· Addressing queries and providing guidance to clients on certification requirements and procedures;

· Preparing and maintaining documentation required for certifications (quotation, application form, test reports, certificates, etc.).

Client Communication and Support:

· Acting as a technical liaison between the TÜV Rheinland certification team and clients;

· Supporting clients in understanding and adhering to national and international standards;

· Explaining the certification processes and resolving certification-related technical questions.

Standards and Regulations Compliance

· Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian standards;

· Staying up-to-date with regulatory updates and changes in certification frameworks;

· Assisting internal teams in implementing new standards.

Process Coordination

· Coordinating with testing laboratories to ensure timely product testing and certification;

· Tracking the progress of certifications and ensuring adherence to timelines;

· Supporting audits and inspections related to certifications.

Certification Workflow Management

· Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all certification-related deliverables;

· Managing workflows and helping streamline processes for certification issuance;

· Supporting internal tools or platforms related to certifications (preferable the knowledge in certification software tools – SAP CORE, EESS National Database).

· Manage certification projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met and communication with clients is clear and effective.

About You

To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience:

· A background in electrical or electronic engineering, or a related technical field;

· Multi-languages ability (e.g. Chinese) is preferable.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in product testing, certification, or quality assurance of electrical or electronic products.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proactive and independent worker, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously;

· Experience with certification processes for products or systems.
