About the Role
The Publications and Administration Coordinator is a fixed term part time (0.6 FTE) position up to 6 months, that will play a significant role in proactively coordinating and delivering a high-level of administrative support to the Director, the Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Engagement and the broader team within the Strategic Communications department.
This multifaceted role includes diary and email management, scheduling and coordinating meetings, supporting the broader leadership team with, procurement, budget tracking, invoicing, and publishing across communication platforms.
The role will also support the preparation of reports and presentations, lead process improvement initiatives and assist with event coordination.
This role plays a critical part in supporting FRV’s communications and engagement functions and will be well-suited for candidates who have the vital skillset such as strong admin, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
About you
Our successful candidate profile will have the following:
Working towards tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management (or equivalent), or equivalent relevant experience.
Extensive experience in providing executive and administrative support to multiple stakeholders and coordinating functional activities.
Experience working in a complex and dynamic environment.
Experience working within and/or support Human Resources.
Demonstrated high level proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote; Microsoft Teams, Visio and Sharepoint.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience
