The business is currently looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join their finance team!

The Opportunity:

As the Payroll Officer, you'll take ownership of the payroll function across the group with a weekly payroll of 350+ employees. You'll ensure their employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining precise records and supporting key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for all entities using ADP
• Ensure accuracy across timesheets, leave balances, employee details, and salary records
• Partner with HR to maintain the Employee Masterfile
• Handle financial reporting and month-end payroll functions
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll, taxation, and legal obligations
• Respond to internal and external payroll queries with confidence and care
• Identify and implement process improvements across payroll operations

You Bring:

• 3-5 years of full-function payroll experience
• Strong Award interpretation capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level)
• Experience with ADP and Kronos Realtime systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
• A collaborative spirit and passion for payroll excellence
