THE ROLE

Driven to ensure staff are supported and lead in teams where they can flourish at their own pace, the business now requires a Payroll Officer with a forte for data and reporting.

As the Payroll lead, you will own and ensure the delivery of local payments and statutory reporting.

You will enjoy working closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations all while supporting key HR plans providing workforce insights to guide tactical people outcomes.

Daly duties will include

• Run the end-to-end payroll process through an external provider, such as payroll tax, superannuation, and workers’ compensation reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance to local, state, and federal regulations, internal policies and legislation.
• Administer and manage relationships regarding superannuation and other external benefit providers.
• Review, maintain and improve payroll, rewards, policies and procedures.
• Act as the functional lead for HR systems
• Support data integrity, system updates, and reporting improvements.
• Maintain and develop HR dashboards
• Act as the reporting and data lead within the HR team providing data insights to support internal and regulatory reporting and inform business decisions.
