Rocorp Construction is a local WA construction company who specialises in design, development and construction of commercial and residential multi townhouse developments.
We have grown substantially over the past 12 months and are seeking a professional, dynamic individual to complement our busy team.
Ideally you will have:
Experience within the building and construction industry
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide a professional front-of-house experience
Provide secretarial and administrative support, including but not limited to:
Manage and distribute incoming calls and emails
Data entry
Monitor and maintain sub-contractor database and insurances and associated site safety requirements
Liaise with associated providers and local authorities to organise relevant licences, permits and applications/approvals in accordance with the building project requirements
Preparation of client documentation throughout the course of construction, including liaison with clients and external stakeholders
