About The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be reporting to the Food Service Sales Manager, where you'll be responsible for providing 10/10 service to new and existing key accounts across the hospitality industry. These accounts range from fine dining restaurants to gastro pubs, corner cafes and local wine bars.

Your tasks focus on developing our share of wallet with our current customer base, developing and onboarding new customers, understanding the unique value proposition of our key brands and products, and managing different reports for the Food Service Sales Manager.

An average day would include:

Creating a new quotation for a key customers Spring Menu change using our ERP software, Odoo

Tracking communications for new and existing customers utilising the CRM tool

Researching areas of the Melbourne hospitality market for business development opportunities

Managing requests for prices and delivery information for your accounts

Putting together a sales report for one of our key brands detailing their growth over the last quarter

Who Are You and What Will You Need to Win?

You are a dynamic go getter, a high achiever looking to make their mark and who's driven to provide value for their customers with expert sales advice.

You can read the room and match people on their level, knowing the best way to communicate with your customers to get the best result.

You are outcomes focused with good problem solving skills, thinking outside the box to get the job done.

You might have experience in the meat industry already or have spent some time in kitchens, but your key to success is having the right attitude and drive.
