We are currently seeking a Sourcing & Accounts Manager Assistant to manage and nurture our relationships with key national retailers and suppliers.
Role Overview:
As a Sourcing & Accounts Manager Assistant, you will support our sourcing & accounts management team in managing relationships with key national retailers and suppliers, ensuring the procurement of high-quality lighting products at competitive prices. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers, negotiating terms, tracking orders, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Support the Account & Sourcing Manager in creating and executing strategies to meet client goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
• Track and report on key account metrics and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met across various departments
• Assist with contract renewals, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous experience in a sourcing or accounts management role, preferably in the lighting or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of international supply chains, particularly with Chinese suppliers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with procurement software is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
