Candidate:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of sales within the residential building and construction industry. Direct experience in the building industry, business development and/or account management are highly desirable.

The candidate will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships coupled with excellent communication skills.

• Solid business acumen with a high level of communication and networking skills.
• Contacts within the Building industry would be a strong advantage.
• This outstanding opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join our professional market-leading Commercial Contracts Division.
• Our Commercial Division is held in high regard as we have long established relationships with Australia's largest most reputable residential builders.

In this position you will:

• Maintain current relationships and build new relationships with builders and developers in pre-determined geographical zones.
• To be successful in this role, you will already know how to make the calls, secure the face to face appointments.
• Actively pursue new client and opportunities within the territory.
• Achieve maximum possible exposure for Carpet Call.
• Provide proactive and professional management of all clients.
• Identify business opportunities, demands and effectively prioritise, putting activities that access them accordingly.
