What You Do for the Company
- Bring experience working as a high-performing Account Manager selling into the hospitality industry or bring experience working as a Venue Manager in high-end restaurants and cafes
- Exhibit strong organisational and time-management skills with proven experience managing partnership accounts, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Leverage your network and industry insights to identify and convert new partnership leads
- Operate with initiative, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-evolving environment
- Foster strong relationships through a relationship-focused approach and clear interpersonal communication
What the Role Will Look Like
- Manage and maintain 200 existing partner accounts across hospitality and lifestyle sectors
- Contribute to the growth of the company by expanding partnerships with high-end restaurants, hotels, cafes, and experience venues.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner and member queries and concerns, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service
- Consistently meet and exceed company and personal sales targets in a dynamic and supportive work environment
- Enjoy a client-facing, relationship-focused role
