What You Do for the Company

  • Bring experience working as a high-performing Account Manager selling into the hospitality industry or bring experience working as a Venue Manager in high-end restaurants and cafes
  • Exhibit strong organisational and time-management skills with proven experience managing partnership accounts, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Leverage your network and industry insights to identify and convert new partnership leads
  • Operate with initiative, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-evolving environment
  • Foster strong relationships through a relationship-focused approach and clear interpersonal communication

What the Role Will Look Like

  • Manage and maintain 200 existing partner accounts across hospitality and lifestyle sectors
  • Contribute to the growth of the company by expanding partnerships with high-end restaurants, hotels, cafes, and experience venues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner and member queries and concerns, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service
  • Consistently meet and exceed company and personal sales targets in a dynamic and supportive work environment
  • Enjoy a client-facing, relationship-focused role
