We’re now on the lookout for a proactive and organised Scheduling Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team.
About the Role
This is a key role that keeps our field operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule daily and future jobs for field technicians
Optimise job runs to minimise travel and downtime
Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to support service delivery
Maintain accurate job records in our Uptick system
Prepare and send job-related documentation (e.g. SWMS, reports)
Be the first point of contact for client enquiries and service updates
Manage stock orders and availability for on-site jobs
Monitor job progress and support on-time, on-budget completion
Promote and adhere to WHS procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in scheduling, dispatch or coordination (ideally in a trades/services environment)
Professional, calm and confident on the phone
Highly organised with great attention to detail
A team player who enjoys supporting others and improving processes
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software (experience with Uptick is a bonus)
Capable of juggling multiple priorities with ease
A great communicator – written and verbal
Someone who takes pride and ownership in their work
