We are seeking a motivated, skilled and reliable individual to fill a Service Coordinator role in our service team.
Based in Kunda Park Sunshine Coast, you will be joining a small, friendly team specialising in the Security and Healthcare fields. Reporting to the Service and Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our service department. The role is a hands-on role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and take responsibility for a variety of service administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be very organised, astute, energetic and an outcome focused team player with an eye for detail who is diligent, skilled and process driven. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work under pressure, multi-task, work autonomously and possess the desire to achieve results within a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of service personnel to achieve efficient labour and resource utilisation
Be the first point of contact for our customers and triaging and coordinating calls as required
Coordinating and maintaining the scheduling of preventative maintenance contracts
Liaising with technicians to ensure work orders are completed on time and all paperwork is completed and submitted as required
Ensure customer liaison with the service department client base is a strong focus
Assist with the organisation of quotations for service and maintenance provisions alongside the Service Manager
Meet customer induction requirements and ensure the service technicians are compliant at all times
Involvement in regular staff toolbox meetings with service personnel
Manage and engage in the warranty process as a key service outcome
Assist with conflict resolution with customers, reference enquiries and invoices
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skillset
Ability to effectively provide a high level of customer service and have proven experience in a customer facing role
Have the ability to think and work quickly in a reactive environment, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Be a team player yet also have the discipline to work with minimal supervision
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experience in Simpro would be advantageous
