What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for smoke alarm servicing

Communicate with tenants, property managers, and technicians to confirm bookings

Monitor compliance deadlines (e.g. annual checks, lease renewals)

Assist with admin tasks: job reports, invoicing support, certificates

Use our job management software to keep everything running on time

Report to our Operations Manager and collaborate closely with field staff

You’re the key link between our team and our clients — keeping things efficient, accurate, and friendly.

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Friendly, professional communicator (phone, email, in person)

Confident with digital tools or eager to learn

A team player with a can-do attitude

Previous admin, scheduling, or property management experience is a plus
