About the Role

This is a Deliveries & Scheduling Coordinator with a strong customer service focus. You’ll organise deliveries after major events, plan driver travel routes, and coordinate appointments across Australia and New Zealand — all while ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

What You’ll Do

Schedule and manage driver routes and appointments

Coordinate deliveries following expos and events

Handle customer follow-ups and appointment setting

Communicate with internal teams and external contractor

Ensure smooth logistics and a high-end customer experience
