About the Role

As our Lead Scheduler, you will be the central point for coordinating daily service schedules, communicating with both technicians and clients, and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Your role is key in maintaining the smooth operation of our business and delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage technician schedules

Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff

Handle inbound calls and service enquiries

Update and maintain customer records and service systems

Problem-solve scheduling conflicts and urgent requests efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

Experience with scheduling or booking software (Pooltrackr, Simpro, or similar highly regarded)

Outstanding customer service skills

Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure

A team player who can also work independently
