Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of civil construction projects

Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project execution

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, offering solutions to complex construction challenges

Collaborate with the broader business to support the growth and development of the civil construction division

Be the 2IC to the Director when required
