About the role

As a Civil Works Project Manager at Bathla', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex residential subdivision projects. Based in Girraween, NSW, this full-time position will see you leading a team of professionals and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage civil tenders, project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient project delivery

Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective strategies to address issues that arise

Maintain strong communication with contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Civil Works Project Manager or in a similar role

Demonstrated expertise in project planning, cost control, and risk management

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools
