• High-end residential design & construct builder that has been operating for over 20 years.
• They specialise in architectural new build, knock down rebuild, renovation and extension projects valued between $500k and $5m.

About The Project Manager job role:

• The Project Manager will be managing between 5-6 projects at any one time through all construction stages.
• Office based (Marrickville) with travel to site as required.
• Salary between $120,000 and $150,000 plus super.

Project Manager duties & responsibilities:

• Project programming.
• Construction project management.
• Client, design team, consultant, subcontractor and other stakeholder liaison.
• Procurement.
• Financial management.
• Quality control.
• Scope of Works.
• Project administration.

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy:

• Relevant building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management or carpentry trade background).
• Experience of managing residential renovations, extensions and new builds from start to finish.
• Good knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
• Experience is use of construction project management software.
