Client Description:

Our client is a well-established, reputable mid to upper-tier construction company with over 35 years of experience delivering high-end construction, fit -out, and refurbishment projects across Australia.

They operate nationally across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, retail, and data centres. A key area of strength is the Defence sector, where they’ve delivered highly secure, complex projects requiring strict compliance and minimal disruption to live operations, most notably for Defence Australia.

With an increase in new project awards across multiple sectors the company is seeking both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join their successful organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects ranging from $1Mil – $30Mil and upwards

Lead project teams and consultants across all phases

Ensure compliance with contract, program, cost, and quality outcomes

Engage directly with clients and manage secure environments confidently

Drive safety, performance, and team development on-site

Role Requirements:

5–10+ years’ experience as a PM or Senior PM on commercial/institutional builds or similar (will consider candidates from other sectors as well)

Strong understanding of contracts, programming, and stakeholder liaison

Defence project experience highly regarded but not essential

Construction Management degree or similar relevant qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail
