We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to our high standards of food quality and presentation.
Your Role
As a senior kitchen team member, you will:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Work closely with the Executive Chef in assisting with menu development
Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in food preparation techniques and kitchen operation

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a sous chef, 1 year minimum
Experience in Irish, British & European foods
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for culinary excellence and innovation
A team player with a positive & can do attitude
