We are looking for Regional Sales Manager QLD for QLD South to promote our range of coronary intervention, structural heart products and peripheral and radiological interventions. Our vision is to be a reliable healthcare partner and contribute to improving interventionalists' skills in procedure and improving patient treatment. We are into our 21st year of business. In the period we have grown into a well-recognised provider in the interventional field. We are dedicated in the distribution of high technology coronary and structural heart and peripheral vascular and neuro-radiology intervention medical devices. An intervention procedure is a minimally invasive medical therapeutic. We represent global industry pioneers in the cardiology, peripheral, abdominal and neuro-radiology intervention market segments. Our exciting range of products offer start to finish innovative best in-class PCI, SH and PPI medical devices. And, offer safer, faster and better technology in the challenging interventional procedures.
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager QLD. The candidate must have hospital and medical background who potentially can manage our wide range of products and target hospitals. The job is professionally, technically and clinically challenging hence candidate must have abundant experience in cath lab environment.
You are required to make daily promotional visits or joint visits to hospital cath labs.
Initial clinical knowledge and product training, sales training and adequate on-the-job and continuous training will be provided.
The successful applicant's job scope including but not limited to:
Acquire high level of knowledge of Bio-Excel's and competitors' products and services, and market conditions
To develop and implement Queensland strategic direction of the company through hospital action plans to bring in new business to the company
Develop and maintain professional relationship with doctors, nurses, radiographers and other stakeholders
To establish and act on selling opportunities
Regularly support peripheral and/or coronary intervention procedures including direct hospital accounts.
Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
Develop excellent collaborative relationship with Territory Manager/s and monitor sales staff promotional activities
Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of support services
Reporting to the management on market situation and our product performance in the market
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased and resolving any problems arising.
Submitting daily report, sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
Manage company consignment inventory
Skill and experience required:
Have minimum five years’ sales experience in Queensland in coronary and vascular intervention medical device and clinical support skills.
Have high intellectual ability and able to acquire product, clinical and technical knowledge quickly
Have good analytical skills and have experience in strategic planning
Have good administration skills including report writing, inventory management and formulate plans
Have good and proven people management skills such as manage, support, educate, train and coach.
Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a can-do-attitude
