Regional Manager - Sales and Operations

Total Water Management is looking to employ an Senior Manager with demonstrated Business Management with experience in the pump and polywelding industry as well as managing teams and site projects across multiple sites located in the Bowen basin and associated work based out of Mackay. This is a Full-Time role working both in Town and visiting sites throughout the Bowen Basin, the successful applicant would need to reside in Mackay and be based at our office at the Mackay Harbour. This is a hands on Management position and would suit someone that enjoys getting out of the office and being involved in the day to day running of the business including meeting clients.

About the role:

To be considered for this role the following skills, experience, and attributes will be highly regarded:

Demonstrated Management Experience in a medium sized Business

Supervisor Qualifications S1,2,3 G2

Polywelding Knowledge / Experience

Demonstrated pump experience desirable

Standard 11 (Current)

Coal Board Medical (Current)

Current Drivers License a requirement

Ability to work with limited supervision and be very organized and manage teams

High standard of personal presentation & positive attitude
