Area Sales Manager - Brisbane (QLD Region)
Location: Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane (Free off-street parking, close to major roads)
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours/week)

Currently working with a fantastic industrial distributor who are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to join their Brisbane-based sales team. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you'll primarily work in the field across the Brisbane metro area, with occasional travel to regional QLD.

This role is centred around external sales and relationship management. You'll work alongside another Area Sales Manager to grow and support our QLD sales region. Most of your time will be spent visiting distributors and end users to promote, train, and demonstrate our range of industrial products using our mobile product demo trailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users
  
• Meet sales targets and drive business growth in your territory
  
• Coordinate with internal sales and customer service teams
  
• Assist with processing orders, quotes, and customer follow-ups when needed
  
• Prepare and expedite customer quotes and deliveries
  
• Identify opportunities to up sell and expand product usage
  
• Actively seek new distributor and customer relationships
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years in account management or sales
  
• Strong customer service and technical sales skills
  
• Proven ability to build relationships and meet sales goals
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle/JDE experience a plus
  
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
